OK, we have
eliminated the most common causes of PC Problems,
and NOW
we know you will need more helpto get
this problem resolved. With those tasks done we can get very specific
and dig into more complex issues.
What's so special
about our priority computer help service?
We do our best to speak PLAIN ENGLISH. We understand
that there is no reason that you should be familiar with all
of the terminology known as "Geek Speak".
We frequently use a revolutionary visual method
that visually shows you every mouse click you need to make, so
we know you are on the right page, clicking the right thing. We
know of no other support team that does this, and believe it is
the best way to help you. View an example of a sample "support
movie" here.
What
it costs:
We charge $39.00 per support incident. That means we stay
with you until it is resolved, whether it takes one session by phone
or e-mail, or it takes 10. We accept most major credit cards on
our secure online payment page, or you may use PayPal if you prefer.
How it works:
Follow these steps
Make payment
for priority computer help on the payment page.
Send an e-mail
with your best description of the problem to PrioritySupport@richweb.net.
Please include your full name, phone #, and zip code in the e-mail
We may be talking to you on the phone, but the e-mail gives as
starting point and reference.
The Telephone: As
soon as we have read the problem description we will call you,
or you can feel free to call us at 727-441-2459 before then if
you like. We know time is important to you, so we will respond
promptly to request received between during normal business hours
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days a week. *
*We often work outside of these hours, 7 days a
week, we just can't guarantee that we will man the phones for
new calls on weekends...
We have all sat down at the computer
and spent hours of frustrating time trying to fix a computer problem.
When we finally find the problem or solution, it only takes a
minute to fix, but those lost hours looking for solutions to the
problem can make you want to throw the computer out of the window!
My job is to help you spend only
the time needed, and skip the hard part. I have given computer
advice to thousands of people over the years, to help solve computer
problems of all types. Slow computers are no match for our system.
Try it out.
Most people don't know that owners
of Windows XP get two free support sessions from Microsoft. I
have found however that you had better speak "Geek"
really well to use those options. They often send you deep in
the bowels of the Registry and system folders where a mistake
could easily make things worse.
