I
have never seen an area of business that is more bombarder by adds promissing
search engine submission for a few dollars, from $2.50 to $99.00 to be submitted
to as many as 1500 search engines. And they do that.... The problem is that only
5 search engines matter, and the rest get their search data bases from those 5
anyway. Oh by the way. they say submitted, not Ranked. In other words your
site could come up on page 900 of the search results, as they can't gaurantee
that you will enjoy any particular ranking on the engines.

there, you will find some people who will guarantee that you will be listed in
the top ten spots on at least 5 search engines for from $500 to $3000. At the
top of this list are a few who will do the job for you, but most of them will
show you that you can be found in the top ten under some keywords that don't even

be in the title tag and the description tag, and other places in the code. They
also need to mentioned a certain number of times in all of that text we mentioned,

is a science to understanding what those terme should be.
The
search engines love to see sites that grow a couple of pages a week, or swap out
content, and they like to see lots of links IN to your site from other sites that
have some similar subject matter.
If you
work hard on those things your search engine rankings will climb, and you won't
get bumped back to the bottom because they found out you were trying to scam them.
