Unlike most similar utilities, this one is unobtrusive and won't interfere with program installations that reboot automatically. In 90% of computers I have found that they are loosing up to 1/3 of their speed because programs you don't need are loading at startup. You will see Microsoft Office and others running, and they don't need to! They will still open when you click the icon. I find most of the time the only thinng I need in the startup menu is my antivirus program. Clean them out - speed things up.
