This package has unique features you may or may not feel that you need at first, but our experience has shown that you eventually as you site starts to get more and more visitors. Using them or not using them does not change the price.

• The look and feel of the site will be created based on the color and design of your logo or current print literature.
  
• We will host your site and do all set up to get your site's domain name pointed to the server.
• We will assist you in purchasing the right domain name and setting up an e-mail account based on the name.
• For those clients who wish to send files to the server themselves, FTP access will be provided.
• The price includes the first years hosting. Hosting will be billed at competitive rates after the first year.
  The cost will be from $78 to $200 dollars a year depending on the size and features of the site. Most sites will be $78.

  The steps to creating your sites will usually be:

1. We guide you through the purchase and set up of a domain name.
2. Together we decide what the page names or sections of your site will be, and create a menu of content.
3. You provide copies of your logo and any artwork or images you want on the site, as well as any text you may want to display on the various pages of your site. Most sites will have from 5 to 10 main pages on the menu, yours may
   have more or less. Over 10 pages or sections to the site may incur some additional charges.
4. I create the site, and we review it together to be sure everything is correct.
5. I inform the search engines that the site exists.

   Unique features available in your package:

• We can create special areas on some of your pages where you can update the information your self, for example a frequently changed calendar, schedule of events, or newsletter page. We are usually talking about a few paragraphs on pages like this.
• The tool for updating the pages is MS Word. We will provide training in updating the text.
• We provide the ability for you to add visitors to a mailing list if they would like you to inform them of things by e-mail, and an online e-mail tool that will e-mail to everyone in the mailing list with one click.

  The cost of the average site like this is $800. Cost am vary after we have discussed your personal needs.

Getting top search engines rankings is often far more complex, and more work than building the sites, but we are experts at getting the job done. Search engine work is bid separately.
